White bean and tuna casserole

This is a delicious dip, very flavorful, creamy, and perfect on toast tips!


2 cans white beans

3 cans drained tuna

4 cloves garlic

0.5 cup white wine

0.5 cup broth

half a yellow onion

0.5 tsp pepper flakes

0.5 cup shredded parmesan


Sautee the diced onion in a bit of the oil from the tuna. When translucent, add the crushed garlic and pepper flakes. Cook for another 30 seconds.

Add the beans, broth, and the white wine. Simmer for a minute, then mash in the beans and mix in the drained sardines and the shredded Parmesan. 

Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with toast tips.
