  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. Whisk together all of the ingredients until a batter forms.
  3. Grease the waffle iron and pour the batter. Use about 3 tablespoons of batter for a mini waffle maker. Use about 2/3 cup of batter for a normal-sized waffle maker.
  4. Cook the waffle until golden brown on both sides.
