Churro Cheesecake Bars
Churro Cheesecake Bars are a quick and easy dessert recipe made with six simple ingredients you probably already have on hand. They are ready to serve warm in under an hour, but you could also chill these bars overnight and eat them cold. Try topping your slice with caramel sauce, strawberries, and whipped cream for an especially indulgent dessert!

How to Make Churro Cheesecake Bars
Step 1 – Grease a 9×9 baking dish. Then press half of the crescent roll dough into a flat layer on the bottom of the pan. Pinch together the seams (but don’t worry if it’s not perfect).
Step 2 – Use an electric mixer to beat together the cream cheese, part of the sugar, and the vanilla until smooth. Then spread the mixture over the layer of dough.
Step 3 – Unfold the remaining crescent roll dough, and place it in an even layer on top of the cheesecake filling. Pinch together the seams as well as you can. There will probably be a few gaps, and that’s ok.
Step 4 – Brush the top of the crescent roll dough with melted butter. Then combine the remaining sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle it over the melted butter. Tilt the pan in all directions to make sure the top is evenly coated.
Step 5 – Bake until golden brown, flaky, and delicious! (About 30 minutes) Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy plain or topped with caramel sauce. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
