Breakfast power bowl


A colorful yet healthy breakfast to surprise and delight children! The sugar is packed with nutrients in this one, you can’t escape some antioxidants and vitamins.

Ingredients

1 lb frozen berry mix

2 tbsp sugar/honey

milk

vanilla yogurt

corn flakes

rolled oats

bananas

kiwi

other fruit

Preparation

Blend the frozen berries with the honey and just enough milk to make a frozen smoothie in a food processor.

In four bowls layer yogurt, the berry smoothies, corn flakes, oats, and various fruits to taste.

Serve immediately!
