  • Salmon: try to buy salmon fillets that are similar in size so they cook evenly. 
  • Olive oil: you can also use another oil of your choice such as avocado oil. 
  • Seasoning: I season the Greek salmon with dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Greek salsa: to make the salsa, you’ll need grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, lemon juice, and dill leaves.

How To Make Greek Salmon

  • Prepare the salmon: Brush a tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon fillets on both sides. 
  • Make the seasoning: In a small bowl mix the seasonings; oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasonings over the salmon evenly.

  • Sear the salmon: Heat a large skillet with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the salmon and fry until crispy and golden for 4-5 minutes and flip it to the other side gently and cook further for 2-3 minutes.
